Playing Career: 1997-1999 Sharon Varsity Softball, she was a three year letter winner during her high school playing days.
Biography:
Coach Julie is entering her 6th season as head coach for the Sharon Tigers Girls Tennis team. She also brings coaching experience from her position as assistant softball coach for the Tigers’ Softball team for the last 10 seasons. She is a 2012 Westminster College Alum and a 2008 Sharon High School Alum. She resides in Sharon with her husband, Joe, daughter Addie and their two boxers Baylee and Jax.
In high school she played tennis and softball. She was a 4 year letter winner in both sports and In 2007, her softball squad clinched the only region championship in school history.
Coach Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Westminster College. During her time at WC, she continued her softball career in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC), making it to the PAC Championship all four years.
Julie is excited and happy to be back with the girls tennis program. I have the pleasure of being around a great group of girls who have grown so much over the last few years. Getting to watch this team work hard and continue to thrive is my greatest reward.
